Day 3: Tags, ironing and 90's magazines......

(12 p.m. - 5p.m.)
It's the start of my second week at People Like Art. Today was a quiet busy day, I didn't do too much but it seems to take up all the time. The first thing on my list of things to do is to cut out tags, one hundred and twenty to be exact. It took me two hours and ten minutes to cut them all out. Then after I finished, Shannon found out that one of her tops were on the home page of Etsy.com. That is super exciting! She also gave me an important fact when tracking sells in a business, that it's all in the views. Just watch the views because they will show you how many views you need to get a sell. The next thing I did was iron Shannon's patterns that she had just made. I ironed them then punched holes in them so I could tie them together with a fabric strip. The last thing I did today was go through some of her old 90's magazines like "Seventeen" and "Y&M" (Young and Modern) It was kind of funny going through those magazines. I was around four and five when those magazines were issued, I even remember seeing people dressed in the outfits some of the models were wearing in those magazine.
Then at the end of the day we swept, dusted, moped, then closed up shop.
Tomorrow will will be interesting, lets just say it will be a Pinterest filled day.

xoxo
